Life-Changing Prayers

Chris has been praying with different people and every so often, he gets feedbacks about what God did in their lives. Here are the highlights: Someone was healed from a back injury. Another person found themselves in a desperate situation that could have meant that he had to go back to his former job and God brought a miraculous change. Someone broke free of an addiction. God still does a lot of miracles! Do we acknowledge them and give Him the honor?

Update Anja’s Website Project

Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to get access to the church website yet to update the sermon website. I first had to wait to get a chance to talk with Pastor Jesus about my plans, which took a couple of weeks. Then I reached out to the former web master and described what I wanted to do and he told me that at that point in time, he would not be able to make time. I will have to get back to him.

Family News

  • Baby #3 Is Underway! No, this time it is not a joke. Baby #3 is currently 9 weeks old and is believed to be due by May 10th, which is the Mexican Mother’s Day. We are excited! The Lord had been talking to the both of us about this baby, we just didn’t know when we would have it. The girls were able to join us for the first check-up and were super excited to see the baby on the ultrasound and to hear the heartbeat. Yuna exclaimed a couple of times, baby!
  • Yuna is Potty Trained! Yuna has been doing a very good job at telling us when she has to go potty and barely has any accidents anymore. We are happy that we won’t have to buy diapers for two of our kids at the same time! And for now, we are glad that we can save some money
  • Paw Patrol Movie Outing The girls love Paw Patrol and a friend of ours sent us the trailer for the new Paw Patrol movie somewhen after Ziva’s birthday. After over a month of waiting, we could finally take the girls to watch it. It was Yuna’s first time at the movies. She seemed to enjoy the movie, but had some trouble sitting still for the entirety of it and we were glad when the movie was over.
  • Exploring the Neighborhood Anja has been taking the girls out for walks around the neighborhood since we don’t have a lot of options for other activities within our gates. They seem to enjoy the walks a lot.
